Warranty and Return Policy

Table Source is committed to offering the highest quality products and best customer service in the hospitality industry. We’ve made our warranty and return policy as clear and concise as possible. Without any hidden terms or complicated language. In the event you need to return items or claim the warranty, please follow the steps below and we will reach out to you within two business days.


  1. Table Source guarantees that all of our tabletops are free of manufacturing defects (material and workmanship) for up to one year.
  2. We guarantee that our table bases are free of manufacturing defects (including broken or fatigued welds) for up to five years.

If you find one of our products is defective while being used as intended, within warranty limits, please contact us to have the item repaired or replaced.

Please include your contact information, order number, along with images of the defective product(s). We will review the information and reach out to you as soon as possible.


Orders can be canceled as long as production has not yet begun. Any fees associated with the original or refund payments will not be refunded. Custom orders already in production cannot be canceled.
